does NOT care about his patients and even his staff is rude. Have no idea why he even chose to become a doctor. ONLY out for your money. Tearfully I asked our pharmacist who is a good one near us who actually cares about their patients and SO much happier!

I regret ever stepping foot in this place. His staff is incompetent and the doctor is impatient. When they finally answer the phone, they've got no manners. You're better off going somewhere else.

Office staff is bad real bad and unprofessional, this is the worst office staff I've ever seen. hung up the phone, don't know the answer to the questions. They like to make you schedule appointments to get paid for the visit. it takes about one hour or more to see the doctor.

HORRIBLE experience and Dr Diaz and his staff simply DONT CARE....sometimes can't even get anyone to answer, if you can the answering service they will NEVER call you back and even if urgent Dr Diaz response is always go to the ER.....my husband had been in hospital for week and got out and had question about one of the meds they gave and called answering service and his response is go to the ER and spend thousands more....have never had such a bad experience from a dr....I will be reporting hi

Ms The people who work in the office need to have costumer service training. They are not reliable, it is a hazard to schedule an appointment and to get a refill. I asked to talk to the doctor and to the office manager many times, when I was having problems to get my refills but they were out of the office everytime that I had a problem.
