Last two appointments in August 2023, I waited 2 hours past my booked appointment. Called for third appointment and did not receive a return call. I have been a patient with Dr Scully for an out 30+ years , and have never been delayed over 30 minutes. I don’t know the exact responsibilities of the Office Staff, but I believe part of their job is keep a timely schedule. The Doc should know his schedule also. I’m overdue for yearly exam, and am thinking about a change.
Business response:
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for the long wait. Please call in if you would like to book a follow up appointment.
Gave him two chances. Both with over 1 1/2 wait. Zero explanation or apology. Very condescending arrogant attitude. Zero bedside manner. Don’t waste your time, even office staff agree. All office staff and NP Christine are fantastic, friendly, helpful. Fired him and will go see Dr. Naughton in the same practice if needed. Never had to leave a bad review on a Dr. before but want to warn others. Do not go to him.
Recently ran into excruciating pain and loss of most sleep pre-op. Was ttold to come into the office. Sarah Marie and Christine were calm, caring, and competent. I could not have gotten better care. Meanwhile Amber found a way to move my operation two weeks earlier. Fantastic crew

Thank you for recognizing our team!
I have been seeing Scully for years. He takes his time during your visit. I had a somewhat special case and he got to the bottom of it and I will forever be grateful. I highly recommend him.
I've seen Dr. Scully 3 times now. I like him. He is thorough and knowledgeable. The office staff is friendly. Just be prepared to wait!
I have been going to Dr. Scully for several years due to frequent bladder infections. While I like him when I see him, the wait time in the office is always exceptionally long. The last time, I waited an hour in the examination room and this was early in the day. Twice now, in the last few weeks, I have called. I have talked to his nurse and was told that my urine test was negative. I was still having symptoms. She said she would talk to the doctor. I heard back 4 days later. The last time, she said the same thing. That was ... read more
I had a prostatectomy done by Dr Scully. That evening while recovering and on painkillers, I asked him when the lab report would be in. He said, I already told you this, I like people who listen. This was inexcusable. Also, every office visit would result in an hour or more wait past the scheduled time. I think Dr Scully did a good job on the surgery, sparing nerves. Radiation follow up was done through another doctor with good results. His bedside manner does need some improvement as well as showing respect for patients on ... read more
Would highly reccomend him. He is through and is concern about how things are going with continuing kidney stones.
Waited 1 and 1/2 hours for Dr. to make into exam room. No explanation or apology from Dr. or staff. May have good reason for delay, but no good reason for long wait with no acknowledgement.
