Perhaps It is just me ? I had a 245 appointment time. At 315 I was given a quick eye exam then shuttled into a room and told I would have to wait another 3 hours plus to see the doctor. Is this the new face of the system? Just seems wrong to me. The staff however were very polite and understanding. Hats off to the staff under those conditions..
