I had no idea this person was still being allowed to practice medicine in Montana. Some years ago I saw him when I had a serious problem with surgical screws from a lumbar fusion becoming unstable and very painful. Mulgrew looked at my recent ex-rays and said he saw no problem. He also refused to treat me for the horrible pain. The worst doctor I've ever met. No bedside manner. He doesn't care about his patients, only the buck. His receptionist is sarcastic, curt, and rude. If she looks up at you during a soap opera on her computer, you'll be lucky.
Dr. Thomas D. Mulgrew committed Fraud and Malpractice against me and is no longer in Malpractice to do further Fraudulent Medicine to others as he falsified my Medical Records and did zero physical Evaluation to come to his Malpractice conclusions he guessed his non-medical opinion of my Neurological condition doing further harm to my wellness and life
