I would give this place zero stars if I could. My experience at Liberty Pediatrics was unacceptable and rooted in clear disrespect and bias. I am a medical professional, and I brought my infant in for blood work. The phlebotomist, Jessica Long, completely missed the vein—and now my baby has to be stuck again. Mistakes can happen, but what followed was inexcusable. When I attempted to calmly address the issue, the phlebotomist was dismissive and unapologetic. Dr Hickey is wonderful. He is patient caring and loving with all of my children. I highly recommend Dr. Hickey you will be so happy you did. He is great and answers all your questions and never makes you feel like you dont know what you are doing.
