Worst experience i’ve ever had with a doctor. I told Dr. Fausett everything told to us by the ER. He then “ordered” an ultrasound after being very dismissive and telling us we could wait an entire day to get the ultrasound the next morning. However he never put in for this ultrasound. When i took said patient (as soon as the radiologist opened mind you) he was there and when i press the issue of him not having this ultrasound ordered he wanted to be dismissive yet again and walk away from a problem he caused. I do love the doctor’s and nurses at Dr Fausett practice, James Garrett is the best. The problems I keep having are with the referral/Prior Authorization dept, they are hard to get ahold of only working 2 days a week, and then she’s very rude about what she’s willing to do and not do. On top of that, she continues to mess up my referrals that are put through.

I first met Dr Fausett and his staff when I called on him as a pharmaceutical sales representative. I was impressed with how he treated his patients. He took time with them in the exam room and was very thorough. Dr Fausett is kind and compassionate. At the time I needed a primary care physician and I chose him. I am so grateful that I did! He consistently delivers professional care and personal service. His staff is second to none. I am certain that I am receiving excellent care at Adel Family Practice.
