It was great Doctor was great He is my doctor Great office
less that 1 Star. In 2024, My mother was under his care for several months in Hospice at Southwell. Our family repeatedly asked to see him about our Moms condition. The Nurses (Our Heros) placed calls to his office staff while with us, his staff confirmed receiving our requests, but he never once called us back or met with us. Our Mother passed 7/19/24.
Worst experience i’ve ever had with a doctor. I told Dr. Fausett everything told to us by the ER. He then “ordered” an ultrasound after being very dismissive and telling us we could wait an entire day to get the ultrasound the next morning. However he never put in for this ultrasound. When i took said patient (as soon as the radiologist opened mind you) he was there and when i press the issue of him not having this ultrasound ordered he wanted to be dismissive yet again and walk away from a problem he caused. I do love the doctor’s and nurses at Dr Fausett practice, James Garrett is the best. The problems I keep having are with the referral/Prior Authorization dept, they are hard to get ahold of only working 2 days a week, and then she’s very rude about what she’s willing to do and not do. On top of that, she continues to mess up my referrals that are put through.
