Dr. Clements and his nurse are great. Office staff are terrible! Answer the phones!!

Very good doctor. Always shows an interest in his patients. Easy to talk to and really cares.
The doctor is ok. The practice, though, is having some issues returning phone calls and following through with promises to get prescriptions sent in. Very poor follow-through, and shockingly unprofessional. Extremely disappointed with the office staff.
Dr. Clements has a very good bedside manner. Makes you feel at ease. Has a genuine, caring spirit. Knows his stuff.
I found Dr. Clements to be a very professional, knowledgeable and believes in comprehensive testing to find the cause of your ailments. He was very personable which I liked. To me, he really cares about his patients unlike some urologists I have seen in the past. I am going to stick with this doctor and I do recommend him to others.
My first visit and impression is that this doctor was very professional and took the time to listen and answer my questions along with giving me a very logical follow up treatment program. Very satisfied as of now.
