I called early today (May 6, 2022) to change my Tuesday, May 10 appointment. A woman named Angela said "Schenectady calls" were forwarded to her but she could not change the appointment. She promised to have the Schenectady staff call me back. Nope. Not a word. In this day and age most doctor's offices like as much notice as possible about appointment changes.
