I called the WR office this morning because I had a question regarding my appointment and the person who answered my call was so rude. I had a simple question and she can't give me an answer, she talked to like I was stupid.
Although I have not seen Dr. Jones as a patient, I do see his NP, Erica B. I LOVE HER! She is very personable, kind, patient, always pleasant, and has never steered me wrong. ( did I mention she is a beautiful young lady?)My A1C was around 10-11 when I began to see her. It was 6.5 at my last visit. My father also sees Dr. Jones and one of his NP. Daddy is very satisfied with his treatment, too. I recommend this practice as much as I can!!
Dr. Jones is a diabetes authority. His practice offers all services in one location. They include education, labs, shoes, imaging, etc. Dr. Jones even has a camp for diabetic kids. He is a true expert.
