Does not waste your time or money. Gives patient full attention and answers patient questions.
Dont waste your time. The staff is so rude and unorganized. The ladies talk about patient everything in front of other patients. The old ladies need to move on they don't know customer service at all and don't care if you come back. The doctor is in practice to just make a buck and retire.
Dr Frank is an excellent ENT Physician. He has been very attentive to my needs and the issue with my fluid not draining from my left ear. Dr Frank takes the time needed to explain what steps are needed to resolve a medical problem.
Doctor did Tonsil and Adenoid Surgery:for my 8 year old kid. He answered all of our questions and gave us all the information that we needed! Now my kid is completely recovered. We highly recommend Dr Thomas.
Takes the time needed to listen and respond to patient concerns, you never feel rushed. Kind, sympathetic care. Willing to be up front about costs, treatment options, and expected outcomes, even challenging other physicians views and explaining why. Technically proficient as a surgeon, I never had a moment's doubt about the high quality of care I was receiving. I was so very fortunate to choose Dr. Frank when I got cancer.
Dr. Frank is a kind and caring physician with a wonderful bedside manner and a great office staff. He takes the time to listen and discuss your health issues thoroughly. I highly recommend him for anyone needing ENT care.
