Cove Total Dental has the worse customer service ever! The clerks do not care to help the customer know if my insurance will cover the care at this clinic. I went to get my dental care service done and after the service, they slammed me with an out of pocket bill. I am use to having a service tell me ahead of time what my out of pocket cost will be. They will also hang up the phone on you if they cannot answer your questions. I will never go back again!
