I went to see Dr. Tennant for a swollen lymph node that wasn't going away for a few months. He saw me and asked a few questions then came back in to let me know that it might be the big C word but not to freak till they knew for sure. I got referred to an ENT in North Richland Hills. After a biopsy of the lymph node and some staging I was diagnosed with Stage II Hodgkin's Lymphoma. A highly curable cancer. My daughter and I were both sick. We did a web check in early in the morning before they even opened and we got a call from them in less than 10 minutes to let us know how long the wait was. We got a call maybe an hour later and we got there in 5 minutes, we signed a few papers and sat down for about 5 minutes in the lobby and they send us to our room.
