Dr Akre has been amazing not only for me but also for my mom. He is the best at explaining things in normal terms to his patients.
I feel very comfortable being treated by Dr. Akre. He seems very knowledgeable and let's you know exactly what to expect about your treatment and any recovery. I highly recommend him.
First I had a full knee replacement done. It took a good year before I was 100%. Then I had a hip replacement that went very smooth. If they had more stars, I would check them. EXCELLENT CARE!
Even though Dr. Akre had to deliver hard facts about potential hip-replacement, I can not emphasize enough how much I APPRECIATED the open, honest and thorough discussion both he and his P.A. provided!!! Unbelievably refreshing to speak WITH professionals, instead of being spoken AT. The options presented were clear. I will follow the prescribed protocols.
