This is not particular to Dr. Warr, but the office in general. I've been with them for almost 30 years, and the way they handle patience has gone from great to awful. If you get a call back, you're lucky. If you can reach anyone during the day, you're lucky. My son has a head injury, his prescription changed, and it took 5 days to get any action, and he's a seizure risk. Terrible, awful service.
