Dr. Brian at Thurston Spencer Orthodontics is truly exceptional. He is not only an incredibly skilled orthodontist, but also a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. He takes the time to really listen, explains everything clearly, and delivers the highest quality care. You can tell he goes the extra mile to make sure every detail — and every patient — is cared for. The entire experience is consistently positive, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
Just had braces for two years with them and overall was a great experience. They don't waste your time and make appointments quick. The best part is how nice and caring all the staff are, you don't feel like a customer and they know your name. Would definitely recommend to others
My 10 & 7 year old were in to see Dr Spencer for an initial evaluation from a referral from their dentist. They have very different issues, but both definitely need orthodontic help. Dr. Spencer went over everything with us, and made sure the kids’ questions were answered and that they were a part of the conversation. He presented us with several options for both kids. I cannot say enough amazing things about Thurston/Spencer Orthodontics in Kalispell. From day one all through my three years with them, they treated me like family. They are an incredible, caring, and phenomenal group who not only prioritized my optimal outcome, but who also knew me as a person. I love my new smile. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontic care. They are the best around!
