Why do we wait 1 hour and 45 minutes in the exam room. This is unacceptable. This has been our wait time for each appointment. It's bad enough that the patient has cancer then the doctor is so late. Does he have no regard for his patients? I'm very disappointed and whoever is scheduling his day should be replaced .
Dr. Hensing is a brilliant, caring, helpful, and compassionate Oncologist.
