I would not recommend Dr. Le. He did a total hip replacement on me and I have more pain now than before the replacement. I’m over three months out and have a noticeable limp and constant leg pain. I wish I would have never had it done.
He did a total knee replacement for me. My recovery went well for 3 weeks but then I got a very serious level of pain, swelling and stiffness - limited range of motion. This continued for more than 4 months. He and his team only tried to put 'band aids' on my symptoms and never asked the question of what was really causing my serious symptoms. Great surgeon! Did a knee replacement for me. Great job; I was up and functioning within three days. Very little pain. I highly recommend him. Wish I had used him for my first knee replacement. JD
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Le and never got a chance to actually speak to him directly or have my conditions checked by him. Instead, I spent most of the time with a physician assistant and a person trying to sell me physical therapy. Dr. Le showed up at the very end of the appointment as a bystander, never introduced himself, stayed a minute or two listening to the salesperson, walked out when his cell phone rang, and never returned.
Disappointing at best!
broke ankle ,never met him until 14 days after surgery, then for 1 minute at his office, he did not look at my ankle .I fell had some issues ,he did not want to see me , they told me to do whatever I can for the pain.found a new surgeon, they took xrays, my bone has been displaced and I have a infection..He just didn't care about my care :/
I was completely amazed as my quality of life has changed due to his knowledge and compassion. Dr. Le performed bilateral knee replacements, I would highly recommend him to family and friends. He is professional and took the time to answer all questions. He is truly a gifted man!

In 2015 I fell and broke the neck of my femur which required a hip replacement. Dr Le was the surgeon on call when I arrived at University Hospital ER on a holiday weekend. He was very incompetent in doing my hip surgery and I suffered pain for almost 3 years, affecting my work and social life. Recently I had a hip revision by a Christ Hospital doctor and am now pain free. Dr Le told had told me my pain was caused by bursitis. I would think twice before using Dr Le.
