He tricked me into getting a loan and when the best word was i don't take your plan. he is very rude, rushes the all process and he is after money not service, so is the staff however much you tell him am having pain here he just says "i have done this for years '

I am honestly shocked at the reviews Dr. SuSu is receiving and am confused how I have been to the same person everyone is complaining about! I have never been there before, it was my first time here. I needed a new dentist that was closer to my house due to a recent move. I had a great experience with him. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Rose. Terrible. Did unacceptable, inadequate work on my partner. He overcharged for his services, rushed through the worked, did not clean teeth, and barely cleaned infected area. After shaving and crowning, huge gaps were left that could easily allow for further infection. He made promises he never kept, cancelled appointments, and was all around negligent. I think Dr. Susu is the best dentist I've ever been to. He was very patient, explained what I needed to know in as much detail as I wanted, had steady hands and moved quickly. He didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. A month after my first appointment, I brought my four kids back (5, 8, 12 and a very frightened 14 year old). He was able to keep them all calm, got my oldest cleaned without a fight (a VERY big deal since we've had to use sedation in the past!) and did my 8 year old's fillings without him getting u... read more

I went to Dr.Susu because of a emergency! My front tooth broke while i was eating a bagel. I was freaking out! I called Gold coast dental. They were closed but there was a emergency number. Dr.Susu and his assistant came and opened the office just for me on a Saturday! He fixed me up and i was very pleased with the results. I would absolutely go back for more treatment!

During my first visit to this dentist, before performing an exam or taking x-rays, he wanted to discuss how I would pay for anything my insurance didn't cover and brought up some kind of payment plan that he offers. He actually didn't even introduced himself or ask why I was there. I was very put off by his demeanor, as I found him to be unfriendly and overly concerned with money. He did a cleaning which was the quickest and least thorough cleaning I've ever had. I will NOT be going back again.
