Dr. Kimball was my primary Dentist as a child and young adult. After reaching adulthood and becoming uninsured I stopped seeking dental care. Upon returning to his office he was honest, kind, helpful and improved my smile despite me not taking care of it for 15 years. Ever since he lost Lori and Fired Kelly This place has become a zoo. !!! Very Unprofessional and always overbooking. I have had to wait the last several times I've gone in more than 30 minutes.. to even be taken back . Then this very last time I showed up they said sorry we don't have time to see you today your not on the books. When I had the text to prove I was and the call log from calling in to make the appointment. Very Sad I believe me, and my husband will be taking are business elsewhere.... ! This used to be my favorite dentist office to go to, but at this point, I'm seriously considering moving somewhere else. Ever since Kelly, Laura, and Amanda left, this office went DRASTICALLY downhill with their patient care. Until recently, I've never had to wait 15 mins. After my set appointment, just to have someone else pulled back before me. The staff is about double, if not more, than what they had when I first started coming here, and they can't seem to keep up with their schedules and workloads. Now, here I am with a... read more
