I called to check if my insurance was welcome but I did not make an appointment because of the manor the receptionist spoke to me. She got agitated cause I asked her to come off speaker because I could not understand what she was saying. Well, I have a medical professional speak the way she did me. I hope the physician reads this because, in the long run, that behavior will hurt your business.
