This doctor is unprofessional and negligent to his patients. During a routine cleaning, there was very little brushing and no flossing. Three weeks after we visited with this doctor we found a very large cavity in my boyfriend’s tooth which this doctor completely failed to mention or diagnose. To make matters worse when I called to discuss this with the doctor, he was very unprofessional and reacted very defensively.
From the administrative staffs, techs, and the doctors, they're all nice, courteous and respectful. They're honest and flexible unlike other dental clinics, they will tell you upfront what your insurance will cover and how much you have to pay out of your pocket, that's why we come here even though it's an hour drive from us.
Been with Dr. Mai for 2 yrs. Gotten root canals and fillings. He got my teeth back on track and my smile looks AMAZING now. Fun atmosphere the staff is awesome! Great sense of humor and made me feel at ease. Allowed me to make payments when I couldn’t pay all upfront. I moved out the area and still drive too see him.
Very happy with my total experience at Dental Etc. From reception through completion folks are courteous and professional. Dr. Mai is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his work.
