Dr. Luu studied medicine because of his passion for helping people. Not for status or large income. Not for that reason alone but, for his genuine compassion and caring do I recommend Dr. Luu. He takes as much time as needed to explain, treat, refer if necessary. I have the utmost confidence in his ability to diagnose and in his sensitive concern for every patient.
I can’t even get a call back from this office to make an appointment to replace one they cancelled. The WORST medical office I have ever dealt with. I would leave a minus 10 rating if you had one. My last visit I was on time and was there for 2 1/2 hours. We only reviewed my meds.

Very experience and brilant ! Dr. Garduno listen and take time checking thougrouly on my health condition.
I wish I didn't have to write this bad review, especially regarding a doctor, because l'm sure they all work hard.l think one star is too much for Dr. Garduno. He doesn't know what he's doing and how to talk with the patient without insulting.

When my long time doctor became ill, I saw Dr. Luu needing to get refills for my Rx's. I found Dr. Luu open, kind compassionate and interested in me and my needs. Over the past 18 months we have developed a close friendship and I have recommended Dr. Luu to a number of my friends whom have also been satisfied with his care and compassion. Dr. Luu listens, is interested in his patients health and care. I feel fortunate I met Dr. Luu and I know others will find him interested in their care.

Yelled at me and made me cry because I wasnt considering making him my primary care doctor. I'm in the middle of setting up my medi-cal insurance and trying to figure that all out and needed somewhere to go in the meantime. I have chronic headaches and migraines and anxiety and really needed help. He dismissed me and said I was just using him and continued to shame me and my problems. Horrible experience.
