I took a friend with serious health issues, for a first time meeting with Dr. Garduno. Having practiced for 55 years, he must be at least 80 years old. This might explain why he could not hear, and we had to repeat everything, almost yelling. He acted as if he'd never heard of the presenting diagnoses, although 1 in 2000 people have it. Eventually he abruptly ended the appointment because, as he said, he didn't want to get involved. May be time to retire.

The absolute worst experience experience I've ever had with a doctor. He kept me waiting for an hour and then berated men when I tried to tell him my symptoms. He needs to retire. He was horrible.

Waited 2 hours in a waiting room that smells like 900 air fresheners attempting to cover up the odor of a decaying corpse. I left! Decaying body could be the doctor himself as he looks as if he’s about 98 years old. Maybe he’s some kind of reanimated zombie like in Weekend at Bernie’s 2 except at the end Bernie becomes a “doctor” in Glendale. Fire alarm also went off intermittently the entire time I was there. booooooooooooo !!!!

Be extremely careful that you are not over charged like we were initially. They charged us $80 despite our copay being $25. They said that we have to pay our annual deductible at the doctor's office - that is not a thing only for when admitted to the hospital. I called insurance they advised we were overcharged. I called the doctor's office, they had no clue and said that is the information they received via fax. My husband and I were fortunate to have Dr. Luu as our primary physician back in Templeton, CA in 2012 until he left the area. We often say to each other, ‘I wish we still had Dr. Luu!” He personified a warm and caring physician even at his then young age! Hope he’s doing well!

Do not see this doctor. His office is a joke. Waited almost 2 hours to see him and there were no other patients in the office. I left! He deserves no stars
