Professional care. I'm not at all a bit wary to be rating him this low. Needs listening skills when it comes to actually listening to input from the patient. Presbyterian's failure to keep proper records and unskilled medical recordkeeping staff are what prevents me from giving him 5 stars. Otherwise, stellar choice of doctor. Dr. Nguyen, has been the best psychiatrist I've ever had. He's always there to listen, and has always gotten back to me immediately for any reason I may have. He is never judgemental. I feel very comfortable with him. He is 💯 involved in my care and answers me back personally. Not always a nurse. I couldn't ask for a better provider. He is a genuine good person and I'm very lucky to have him as a provider.
Dr. Nguyen has provided exceptional care. When I am in a crisis i can always count on him to get me back on my feet. He is an amazing doctor that truly cares about the public. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff!
Dr. Thai Nguyen is an outstanding psychiatrist. While it can take some time to secure an appointment, especially with Medicaid, the care received is worth the wait. Dr. Nguyen listens attentively and provides excellent treatment- I have substance abuse disorder and we often fall through the cracks of the med system.
