This is the worst dentist to book an appointment at as they are not always on time when it comes to appointments and that they are often backed up and less staffed and only has one hygienists working. So if you're looking to get your teeth cleaned then be prepared to fall asleep in their lobby cause you'll be waiting a Looooong time!!!!! So this is evidentially the worst dental office in Orlando with no complimentary snacks or power outlets so forget about charging your phone so if your phone dies then you are on your own. Great service great prices I’m so happy with my teeth my 2 sons went to him they did a great job.
This doctor is the worst!!! He put on the crown for one of my tooth recently but it ended up having a gap. He didn't want to fix it when I complained to him multiple times and even tried to tell me that it wasn't the one that he did. Seems like he didn't really know how to nor want to fix it so that was very irresponsible of him. You have to consider other establishments other than this one or otherwise you're ended up losing money and feeling even more pain than before you come there.
The dr is very very very very rude if I could give -10 stars I would, if you’re not Asian then be prepared to get talked about right in front of your face in whatever language they speak. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this establishment ever.
My 10th tooth got broken from the gum line, which caused me anxiety and great inconvenience. Dr La suggested an implant, he extracted the root and installed the implant in one go precisely, fast and painlessly. In 2.5 months he placed the crown successfully, the new tooth fits well and is strong, it feels like my own real tooth. His office staff especially Sue are patient, explained the procedure, insurance coverage and payment plan thoroughly with me.
