Dr. Whiting has been the best doctor my family has ever had. He has been my doctor since 2009 and my girls doctor since they were born. He always was prompt returning calls and really cared about what was going on and has always been very understanding.
No comfort zone with him. Not sure he's fully listening or evaluating the reason your there. Not much communication from him at all.
If you want to communicate via snail mail, this is the doc for you. I had some blood work done, and instead of calling me with the results, he sent me a letter with a prescription after over a month had passed after the visit. I called and left messages repeadatly with his staff, who are slow to return calls, but still better than Dr. Whiting who never did. :(
