I would not recommend Dr. Truong to anyone nor would I recommend Cleveland Clinic. Her delay in care caused direct harm to a patient. My parents put their trust and my father’s life in her hands and with her negligent care she caused harm. My father has metastatic melanoma and had been referred to the Cleveland Clinic to Dr Truong in November 2024. He was supposed to start treatment in which the office failed to schedule.
