The front desk receptionist is down right rude. Always has a attitude, I'm looking for a new Doctor, primarily based on my experience dealing with her. I am not the only one who feels this way. Everyone that I know says the exact same thing. Patients pay a lot of money for insurance, take time out their day and deserve nothing less than top notch care and treatment. I'm highly disappointed that a doctor is willing to lose patients, all over a receptionist with a attitude problem.

I'm sorry you had problems with the receptionist. May I suggest at your next doctor, if you have a problem with the staff to go directly to the physician or the office manager. They probably do not know a problem exists because in front of the physician and office manager, employees are on their best behavior. We have been working on customer service in our staff meetings and will continue to do so monthly. I hope you do well with your new physician.
Not happy with the front desk gal in Gadsden. She will schedule appts and not tell you and all of a sudden comes a call reminder for the appt. She can also be quite rude too. Don't have a lot of faith in Dr. Perry either, don't feel like he listens completely to what I am telling him.
Love Dr. Perry but not his receptionist. Warning, the receptionist makes a lot of mistakes when reordering refills. Check your prescriptions carefully when picking them up at the pharmacy. She is also rude when you call to make an appointment. Will spend more time complaining about how busy she is and less on working to schedule your appointment.
