I had a tooth extracted here at Abide before and my insurance paid for it. This time I was told to pay at the front desk I had to pay 57 dollars. My point is, if the front desk knew that my insurance was not going to cover the appointment I should have been told before I came to the appointment, but they did not tell me that, they waited until I went in the back and then sent the nurse back for another 219 dollars. Best dental experience I have ever received. Dr Morris is extremely attentive to detail. Entire staff are awesome ….. This is definitely my New Dentist 🦷.
Exceeding expectations. I broke a tooth and they got me in and were able to put crown on in the same day. Very pleased with the procedure and my smile.
My wife and I had our first appointments today and we were so pleased by the entire experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming to us and our kids, they were so thorough and careful with the xrays, cleaning and exams. Unlike other dentists we’ve been to they did amazing at explaining problems and giving us great options for dealing with them while being respectful of our wishes. We are happy to call them our new dentist!
