Everyone in this office is very knowledgeable and very professional. I was at ease during my whole procedure. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone that needs an Endodonics care!
Dr. Phillips is very reassuring and took the time to explain the procedure. He has a solid team of people who made me feel secure and a part of the procedure.
Dr. Phillips was recommended when I found out I had an infection at the site of an old root canal. He did an excellent job redoing the tooth; no pain during or after and his caring manner helped make the visit less stressful. I can’t thank him & his staff enough!
Dr. Phillips is a gentle soul, very educated & caring of his patients. It took me a while to appreciate his thoroughness, but I would not hesitate to go to him again if I need to. Also, I would be happy to recommend him to others.
I've never had a more pleasant dental procedure in my 68 years. My root canal was pain free from start until after the novacain wore off. Dr. Phillips and staff were as pleasant as anyone could be. I highly recommend Great Lakes Endodontics to anyone needing a root canal. I'd give them a 10 star rating but they only allow 5.
Dr. Phillips and his staff are very professional. The procedure was explained before he started. He spoke to both my wife and I in the consultation and went over all of the options. While waiting in the waiting room, we could hear the receptionist talking with patients on the phone. They were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned about the patient on the line. The procedure was pain free and I am scheduled for another appointment and feel very confident.
Kindness and gentleness
Contacted the day after referral. Scheduled one week later. The staff is welcoming and kind. Dr. Phillips is very kind and gentle, explaining every step in the procedure. The root canal, one root, was completed less than 1 hour 30 minutes and was completely painless. Honestly! I would recommend Dr. Phillips to anyone who needs a root canal. Great experience!!
I've had several root canals in the past, this was the first time I felt nothing. Every other one I had done by the dentist warned me before he pulled out the root what to expect. I didn't know such an experience was possible, yah! I would not hesitate to go back there again for a root canal. Dr. Phillips is very pleasant as well as the staff, very reassuring, answers all your questions. You don't feel like they are in a hurry, they care about you, making sure all your concerns are addressed.
