Dr. Gemas treated me for a (thankfully, overall minor, though ugly) finger crush injury. The urgent care thought I had a fracture and infection, but Dr. Gemas correctly assessed that wasn’t the case. A computer problem prevented the urgent care from sharing my x-ray, so I had to get another one at his office. When I went to pay for the visit, they didn’t charge me for the x-ray. Very kind! Everyone I interacted with at his practice made the experience better.
