Dr Williams is wonderful! She’s been treating me for several years and I trust her completely. Friendly and easy to talk to also! I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes in waiting room and not long in exam room either unlike so many other places.
I would give this office a zero if it were possible. I scheduled appointment 6 months ago for myself and my daughter on same day. When I arrived they said my daughter was down for another day and the system must have changed it automatically. The doctor refused to see us both and we waited for 20 minutes while no other patients were even in the office. I took off work and picked my child up early from school for the appointment, so the doctor has no respect of her patients time. I would NEVER come here again.
I only found mostly outdated reviews prior to my visit, so after seeing Dr Williams today I felt compelled to write this review. I thought she was so thorough and detailed. You can tell she has so much knowledge, which adds a layer of confidence in what she’s saying. As a new patient I was only in the waiting room long enough to fill out my paper work, and I was only waiting in the exam room for maybe 5 minutes. I am grateful to have found her!
