I had my first cavities ever filled by Dr. Vance yesterday. He made it as pleasant of an experience as possible. He made me very comfortable and followed up after to the procedure to make sure I was doing well. I was very happy with my visit and would recommend Dr. Vance to anyone.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Vance since he started his practice. We have also been with the clinic since the 1980's and retired two other dentists. That says a lot about the kind of staff and service provided. We couldn't ask for anything better. Love these guys and am happy to refer anyone who asks to them. You will not be disappointed.
Its been a while since I've been to dentist since I am deathly afraid of going, but I must say they made me feel at ease and did an awesome job. I will be going more often.
My family and I have been cared for by Dr. Vance and his staff since he joined this practice. The entire group is courteous, professional, thorough, congenial, and genuinely caring. They go out of their way to be sure all questions and concerns are addressed, and they never make one feel they are taking up too much of the allotted time for an appointment. I experienced this dental practice since 1972 and have seen many changes over this time and each one has been positive with the latest being by far the best experience yet. Up to date medical x-ray equipment which allows for discussion of your dental needs and visual picture and a full explanation of present and future needs. Have to include the staff being responsive to your needs and making your dental visit a pleasant one.
For the past 7+ years my family members have been very pleased with Dr. Vance's dentistry office. All staff are professional and caring. We've had a wide variety of services performed at Dr. Vance's office and without exception they strive to make their patients happy every step of the way. I love that they give patients cookies and coffee at the end of each visit.
