Dr. Vance and his team are total pros. They really set the benchmark for the world of Dentistry.
The office staff was very friendly to me and helpful about processing my insurance, and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Genea, did an excellent job: she was very thorough, congenial, and very attentive to my comfort and to making sure my x-rays were of excellent quality. I had a jaw problem (stretched ligament creating TMJ), so I appreciated her being especially gentle and yet perfectionist in the prophylaxis. Dr Vance and his staff are friendly and professional. Every visit my wife and I leave there perfectly satisfied with the services. I like to tease Dentist by calling their profession a barbaric endeavor, but honestly my son who is a dentist in Ohio and Dr Vance are the softest Dentists I have ever met. I always dreaded going to the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Vance about five years ago. Ever since then, I have always looked forward to going and having that clean teeth feeling when I leave! They are very gentle but thorough at the same time. Love Dr. Vance and his staff!
