Dr. Vance always takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. All his staff are great and do an excellent job as well. Even when the news is bad, like you have a cavity, the experience is as good as possible.

I hate to admit that I am hard on dentists, but I expect very high standards. Dr. Vance came highly recommended. From my initial call to book the appointment, to my visit start to finish, this was a great experience. Ashley, the receptionist, is the nicest and most helpful you could ask for! Margaux was my hygienist, and she was kind, gentle and thorough. I appreciate her patience with me and explaining everything she was going to do before she did it. Dr. Vance is the most thorough dentist my family has ever used. I don't usually write online reviews and until my family found Dr. Vance, all dentists were about "what and what" in my opinion. Dr. Vance is different, however. He is kind, honest and able to explain procedures in a way easily comprehended by the layperson. He is careful to cover all bases during routine check-ups (oral cancer screening, etc) and doesn't try to "up-sale" patients on work that isn't truly pressing.
