This office has very unprofessional staff. When I have important messages, it would take many attempts before they would respond. After my last appointment, they misread my referral and kept sending me bills, even having the nerve to send my account to collections. It took contacting the medical group to resolve things. Dr Washington started out okay, but whenever I had an appointment with her, and it didn't matter how early I was, she was always at least 15 minutes late. She order meds that pharmacy wouldn’t fill. The way she wrote the order it would have been toxic. I had my general practitioner fill it properly
Dr Washington is by far the best Physician I have had for weight reduction and also for thyroid issues. She saved my life.
This office is a real problem when it comes to appointments. They try to charge $40 for no shows but they don't send reminders of the appointments. They don't bother to give patients a reminder call either. Then another crazy thing happened today I had a late appointment scheduled.
