I had a decent experience at the office in Springfield, however they wanted to do an awful lot of dental work on my teeth. All of my back molar fillings were replaced just 2-3 years ago there, but my new dentist in Portland says the work was poorly done. I already need to have all the fillings replaced again because they were leaking. They took before and after pictures to show me, and sure enough there were right. I spent a lot of money there, and now I get to have the work redone.
Great experience, no pain. love her and the staff.
Great experience from arrival to leaving. Goodatmosphere in lobby, and friendly staff greetings. In chair experience was straight forward and she explains everything you need to know very well. Doesn't talk over my head and speaks clearly with confidence. Left me with the sense that she cared about me as her patient.
General dentistry. Looks at all teeth and health and prioritized most important needs. Works within budgets and listens. Work is superior. Kind and caring
Terri Baarstad is sloppy, her dental assistants finish important procedures, fillings & crown were too high, ignored repeat requests to fix it until I sent her a formal e-mail. Crown impression had to be redone because of the sloppy first time it was taken where she left the office & had her assistant do it. All fillings were too high & when I told her I had jaw pain,the bite being wrong, please lower the fillings, she ground down my actual teeth!! instead of the fillings!!
