I was a patient of Dr Key for over 20 years. She is an excellent physician. BUT her office staff is extremely lacking in professionalism, honesty and tact. After being left in the waiting room alone, until after 7pm, a male staff member was locking up the office when he found me. I was unhappy about being forgotten. When I voiced my opinion I was not only unseen by the doc for my emergency, but was also fired as a patient. Completely absurd! Beware
Dr. Key is the most amazing Ophthalmologist we have ever known. She is this beautiful woman 👩 who has more energy and knowledge all wrapped up in one amazingly tiny package. On my very first visit to her which was late afternoon, I was diagnosed and treated for my sudden onset blurred vision with laser treatment and that was 8 years ago when we first moved back to the mainland from the island 🌴 of Kauai and we were told by Dr Crane that Dr. Key was the best and we are positive about that..
