Extremely friendly and competent doctor. There was a very long wait during my first visit, but the quality of service, overall, was high.
It's amazing how the front office people can make or break an office. My first two interactions with someone over the phone were top quality. Especially the second, when I called after discovering that I had gotten on the wrong BART train and knew I'd be late. That person was caring and compassionate. She said that I should come in anyway because the doctor was going on vacation and I wouldn't want to have to wait a month to come in.
