Dr. Philbin did a great job of explaining my condition, his concerns and suggested care plan. All of the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Dr. Philbin is a very good doctor, he explained everything so that I understood it. I would highly recommend him
The doctor and staff are awesome! They're attentive and explain things very thoroughly. If there are options for treatment, all options are given. So far my experience has been excellent and I will recommend him to other people.
I was recently referred to this office and my experience was not good. I was given attitude by the nurse because she didn’t have my referral notes and I told her my other doctor sent them over twice and had proof of the confirmation. This was a really Important surgery and wasn’t given the time of day. I’ll be finding someone else With better respect. I’m not asking anyone to hold my hand but I wish they would have atleast tried to care or give an effort.
