Dr. Philbin was awesome! However, I’m not happy with the coding dept. My “back to work” visit was scheduled after the 90 day post op covered time frame. At that visit orthotics were also recommended and received. My insurance denied the office visit because the visit was coded for the orthotics, not a follow up from surgery. So I am forced to pay $150 to OrthoAlliance versus the $35 copay I should be paying. The charge was appealed twice and the coding dept was asked to do a coding review, but they refused to change the code... read more
