Called to transfer my family here and was received by an oblivious, rude woman with a Latin accent who had no idea about military insurance and proceeded to reprimand me when I was upset that she didn't know anything about Tricare or Concordia. If someone does not understand military insurance in this town, that person should not be answering the phones, or even working there.
