Great communication, punctual, very polite and informative. Anthony made a very thorough inspection of the house and provided us options at reasonable prices compared to those of larger companies. His recommending NOT to tent/fumigate the house due to the small size of the infestation shows a level of ethics those larger companies lack. Definitely recommend them to others.
Anthony is great! When he came to do my inspection he was very efficient. From explaining the process, to discussing his findings and the options to remedy the issues he was helpful, polite and professional. An additional compliment that I didn’t get pushy salesman behavior from him, no complaints!
Anthony contacted me to let me know he was on his way (on time). Explained what he would be doing, did it efficiently, and clearly reported his finding and services offered. Good experience. Anthony came out to do the inspection and estimate, he explained everything and answered all my questions and he worked with me to customize the job to meet my needs. Cole came out for the treatment and was equally detailed with his work. Both seemed to prioritize my home and would definitely use again.
My inspector Dr. Anthony was great! He was more thorough than other inspectors. I felt very well informed about the service and comfortable with his suggestions. The price was also very affordable.
