Great first visit with Anthony. Very thorough inspection and very honest. Able to explain everything in great detail. Company was also able to book a follow up appointment very quickly. So far my experience has been just great! FOLLOW UP: Had the work done today. Everything was perfect. Great techs that did all the work as promised and explained everything thoroughly. Can't recommend highly enough!
Anthony contacted me to let me know he was on his way (on time). Explained what he would be doing, did it efficiently, and clearly reported his finding and services offered. This company team is very professional. Mr. Antony G The inspector check the affecting areas. He shared the different options and which are the more positive to solve the issue and the warranty. Then after the decision was made, he set the appointment to be treated next day. Thanks, to all the team.
Anthony was very efficient and detail oriented. He also explained everything to us very thoroughly. This was our first time having any termite inspection done, and this was the first company we looked at and we were happy with the results. Update: Tim and Cole worked on the termite extermination today and they were friendly and extremely efficient. Happy with this is company on the whole and I would recommend them.
