The first time I visited I was sitting in their waiting room for 2 hours before they initially saw me. I was highly upset and then they acted like they did not know how to provide eye services for a special needs child...I vowed never to go back again. 2-3 years later, I was told I had to go back for an opthamology evaluation. This time, there was not a long wait, and the care was fairly good. They prescribe glasses prescriptions but be advised they do not fill with medi-cal and sent me to another place.
