Completely ignored the reason I initially made the appointment which was swollen hands and feet. By the time I got an appointment, the swelling and redness had gone. But instead of ordering bloodwork they concentrated on my recent mosquito bites. What a waste of time

I saw Dr. Teresa Hong in an emergency appointment and I believe she saved my life. During my appointment she recommended I go straight to the hospital for an Eliquis bleed (blood thinner) and of course, I put up a fight. No one ones to go to the hospital on a Friday afternoon but I went and found out I was bleeding internally. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This doctor has no idea how to run an office. They don’t answer the phone, she doesn’t know what information she needs to fax to the mammography office, and she has no sense of respect for appointments. Absolutely revolting. I don’t know how she became a doctor. Zero professionalism.

This doctor was recommended to my wife by two of her friends so we made an appointment. Eight days later we had the appointment and the waiting time after we checked in was about 15-20 minutes, but the actual time with the doctor was almost an hour. Dr. Hong is a very thorough family doctor and took a lot of time with my wife, ordering several tests to determine the cause for my wife's visit. She was very professional. She is listed with Aetna as a " Core EPO" Family Practice doctor, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Had to wait for the front office staff to check me in, which made me 1 minute over the 10 minute grace period for my appointment. Dr Hong refused to see me, even after the front desk staff explained it was their error. Outrageously bad customer service and bedside manner.
