From my phone call setting up my appointment with Dr. Kroeker to having my needle biopsy procedure I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and care I received. Dr. Kroeker explained in detail exactly what she was doing and what she was looking for!! I went to another surgeon for my thyroid issues prior to seeing her and can’t tell you the huge difference in quality of care!!! Lori the office manager is superb!!!
