Dr. Teresa Kroeker, Texas Thyroid and Parathyroid Center is nothing short of amazing. Very detailed in her explanations and thorough in follow-ups and communications. You are never in the dark. I had a very difficult case given my short neck and very large growth (think 2 and a half golf balls in your throat attached to the thyroid). But with skill and care she removed the thyroid and attached goiter. From my phone call setting up my appointment with Dr. Kroeker to having my needle biopsy procedure I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and care I received. Dr. Kroeker explained in detail exactly what she was doing and what she was looking for!! I went to another surgeon for my thyroid issues prior to seeing her and can’t tell you the huge difference in quality of care!!! Lori the office manager is superb!!!
