I was referred to Dr. Temitope Soares by my PCP with Methodist, for skin discoloration on my back. I was put in a patient room by the nurse’s station. The MA checked me in, looked at my back and left me to wait for the doctor. The walls were thin, and I could hear everything- I heard the MA update Dr. Soares, then I heard several staff members snickering and mocking my condition.
