I had a video appointment with this doctor (he's not my primary) because my doctor wasn't available on the weekend. This doctor laughed at me and mocked my symptoms. With a smirk on his face asked me why I decided to schedule an appointment with him so urgently. I said it Saturday was the only one that fit my schedule, and I work during the week.
