They never pick up the phone . Called 7 times randomly for my son appointment.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my son’s care and follow-up have been handled by this office. My son had blood work done that showed elevated liver enzymes, and his pediatrician sent an urgent referral to a specialist. Because I was concerned about my son and the urgency of the referral, I personally followed up with the specialist’s office.
