Dr. Singh is not ideal for older frail adults with more complicated chronic conditions. He was hardly there, and I feel this provider is more focused on quantity over quality care. It's unfortunate that many providers are forced to use this model to stay in business. Exam times were very short, felt rushed, and his beside manners were lacking. I was assigned this to this medical office by the VA unfortunately the front office don’t understand how referrals and authorizations work so I was only able to see a doctor 1 time in 4 months. Had to call the VA community care to get reassigned to a new medical facility. Military brothers and sisters avoid this place if anyway possible.
I was assigned this to this medical office by the VA unfortunately the front office don’t understand how referrals and authorizations work so I was only able to see a doctor 1 time in 4 months. Doctor Singh talks with no emotion or empathy. Im not sure if he’s a good doctor, because he was so rude that I’ll never go back again to find out. I do not recommend this office to anyone, please save your time, your health is important. I only went here because of the positive reviews, but I clearly didn’t get the same experience unfortunately. I went home after my visit at the doctors feeling mentally worse than when I came in.
